Where’s the official Returns & Refund (Cancellation) policy from Sumusa Impex:


🛒 1. Customer Cancellations

  • If you cancel your order before it’s shipped, the full amount will be refunded per the refund methods outlined.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted, and you must wait for standard return procedures if eligible. 


🔄 2. Returns & Refunds for Quality or Other Issues

  • If the product is returned due to quality concerns or other valid reasons, Sumusa Impex will:

    • Offer a replacement delivery, or

    • Provide a refund if you choose to cancel altogether.

    • Return request should be Raised with in 2 days after getting your product delivered.


💳 3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed once the returned items are received and verified; Refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method with in 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless your return is due to a quality issue.

  • If you received free shipping, and return reduces your order value below the promotional threshold, shipping charges might be deducted from your refund.
